Lack of leadership from the top

After partisan bickering and positioning over the past three months, the Congressional “Super Committee” has failed to produce a red cent.  The buck doesn’t stop at the Oval Office, but on Capitol Hill, when it comes to matters of national importance.

Harry Truman famously said, “The buck stops here.” History books most likely won’t show Obama’s “pass the buck” philosophy in such a positive light. I mean if I failed to produce anything close to what I touted, would I still be employed? Would my excuse of the “last guy did this” gain the trust and admiration of both my constituents and public? You are the President of the Untied States of America …. act like it!

Let the ranting begin . . . .

Hello and thank you for taking the time to visit my blog. I am just an American with a voice and internet connection, wanting to share my views and thoughts. We have demanding expectations in how we consume information; we want it NOW! No matter the setting, time, and conditions we expect to receive what we desire. With the growth of want stems the enablement of competition, through competition comes different views, strategy, and tactics. Some are more effective than others, and some less than honorable. In watching the 2012 GOP race it is more evident than ever, what you know depends on the network you watch – political agendas are evident in every direction we turn. How do we know what we are viewing is spin opposed to fact. My mouth cannot and will not stay sealed anymore – There is no agenda that I am attempting to push. Well actually there is, I want everyone to regain that pride we once showed – I want to centralize the way we do business – and shrink the government. This will enable us to live the way our founding fathers fought and died for.
